What counts as a project
Anything from a two-bathroom renovation upwards: townhouse developments, apartment blocks, hotel fit-outs, and builders running several jobs at once. There is no minimum unit count — send the schedule and we will price it.
How project supply works
- 1Send the schedule, the quantities and the programme.A spreadsheet or a designer’s specification is ideal.
- 2We price the package and confirm lead times per line.Anything on indent is flagged early, because that is what drives a programme.
- 3Stock is secured against the project.Held in our warehouse rather than sitting on a building site getting damaged.
- 4Deliveries are staged to site as each stage is ready.Fixing-stage goods when the walls are up, finishing-stage goods when the tiling is done.
Why staged delivery matters
Delivering a whole project at once puts fragile, expensive goods on an active site for months. Staged delivery cuts damage, theft and storage problems dramatically, and it is the main practical advantage of buying a project through one supplier.
