How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced from what the freight actually costs — standard runs are calculated at checkout from your postcode and the size of the goods, a tailgate or two-person delivery is around $275, forklift delivery is priced by zone, and a failed or redirected delivery attracts a fee of $35 for small items and $165 for palletised goods.
How the charge is worked out
Bathroom goods are bulky rather than heavy, so freight is priced on cubic volume and destination rather than weight alone, and charges are based on what the transport company actually invoices. Enter your postcode in the cart to see the figure before you pay.
| Service | Charge |
|---|---|
| Standard delivery | Calculated at checkout from postcode and cubic size |
| Tailgate truck or two-person delivery | Approximately $275 |
| Forklift delivery, Zone 1 (up to 30 km, up to 2 pallet spaces) | From $220 incl. GST |
| Forklift delivery, Zone 2 (30–50 km) | From $350 incl. GST |
| Mountain-area surcharge | $70, where it applies |
| Click & Collect | Free |
When a surcharge applies
Our standard delivery is kerbside, ground floor, one driver. Anything beyond that is arranged separately and quoted before it happens:
- Deliveries above ground level where there is no lift.
- Two-person handling for stone tops, freestanding baths and large screens.
- Sites with restricted truck access, steep driveways or no safe unloading point.
- Timed or booked delivery windows.
- Redelivery after a failed attempt, or an address change after dispatch — $35 for small items and $165 for palletised goods.
Oversized and fragile items
Stone tops, baths, shower screens and mirrors travel on pallet freight with a tail-lift truck. These are quoted individually for some postcodes, in which case checkout will ask us to contact you rather than showing a price.
