How long does delivery take?
We deliver Victoria-wide: Melbourne and inner Victoria typically within 3–5 business days and regional or outer Victoria within 3–7 — delivery outside Victoria is not standard, so contact us before ordering; items on indent from a supplier take longer and are quoted on the product page.

Dispatch itself normally happens within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on a weekend are picked on the next business day.
What makes an order take longer
- Indent and special-order items. Brought in from the supplier or overseas for your order — the lead time is shown on the product page and confirmed when you order.
- Multi-supplier orders. We hold the order until all items are together only if you ask; by default items ship as they land.
- Freight-sensitive goods. Stone tops, baths and large screens travel on pallet freight, which runs less frequently than parcel networks.
- Access restrictions. Sites needing a booked delivery window, a smaller truck or two people take longer to schedule.
Planning around a renovation
If you have a fixed installation date, tell us when you order. We can prioritise dispatch, split the order so critical items travel first, or hold goods until you are ready.
