How does Click & Collect work?

Choose Click & Collect at checkout, wait for the call or text confirming the order is ready, then book a pickup time and collect from our Nunawading warehouse on a weekday — or from the Blackburn showroom with notice — bringing photo ID and proof of purchase.

How it works

  1. 1Select Click & Collect at checkout. There is no charge.
  2. 2Wait for the call or text confirming the order is ready.In-stock items are usually ready the next business day. Pickup is available once full payment has been received — do not travel before the confirmation arrives, because the goods may not be picked yet.
  3. 3Call ahead to book a pickup time, then collect from the warehouse.38 Metropolitan Avenue, Nunawading VIC 3131 — Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4pm. Bring photo ID and your proof of purchase.
  4. 4Prefer the showroom? Collection from Blackburn is also possible.Weekdays 9:30am–5pm and Saturday 10am–4pm. The warehouse is closed on Saturdays, so a Saturday showroom collection needs one to two business days’ notice to get the goods across.
  5. 5Check the goods before you leave.Opening the boxes on the spot is far easier than coming back.

Sending someone else to collect

A plumber, builder or family member can collect on your behalf — contact us before the pickup to authorise them. Give us their name and details, and ask them to bring their own photo ID and the order number or proof of purchase.

How long we hold your order

Orders are held for 14 days from the ready-for-collection confirmation. Beyond that, storage costs can apply unless a longer hold has been agreed in writing — so if your renovation timeline has moved, tell us before the period runs out and we will sort it.

Bringing the right vehicle

  • Vanities over 900mm, freestanding baths and shower screens will not fit in a sedan.
  • Stone tops must travel upright on edge, never flat — flat transport cracks them.
  • Bring blankets or straps for anything with an exposed finish.
  • Our team will help load, but the load itself and its restraint are the collector‘s responsibility.
