How do I measure for a shower screen?

Measure the finished opening at three heights and three depths, always use the smallest figure, and check the walls for plumb before ordering — screens are adjusted to fit within a small tolerance, not made to a single number.

Toilet set-out guide

The set-out is the distance from the finished wall to the centre of the waste — measure it before choosing a pan, because a pan bought for the wrong set-out cannot be made to fit without moving the drain or fitting an offset connector.

Inspect your products before installation

How do I care for my bathroom products?

Warm water, a soft cloth and a mild pH-neutral detergent will clean everything we sell — abrasive creams, bleach and acidic or chlorine-based cleaners damage finishes permanently and void the warranty.

Who should install my products?

We supply rather than install — installation is only included where it has been separately quoted and confirmed in writing — and each product needs the right trade: plumbing to a licensed plumber, electrical to a licensed electrician, glass to a glazier.
