Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — for stocked items, changes are generally accepted within 48 hours of placing the order and always before dispatch; custom and made-to-order items cannot be changed once production begins, so contact us with your order number as early as you can.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, EFTPOS and card, cash in the showroom, and the electronic payment methods shown at checkout — we do not take PayPal, cheques, buy-now-pay-later for retail orders, or credit card payments over the phone, and card payments carry a surcharge.

How do bank transfer payments work?

Choose bank transfer at checkout, use your order number as the payment reference, and we release the order once the funds land — usually the next business day.

How do I get an invoice or receipt?

A tax invoice is attached to your order confirmation email; you can also request a fresh copy at any time using your order number and email address.
