How do bank transfer payments work?
Choose bank transfer at checkout, use your order number as the payment reference, and we release the order once the funds land — usually the next business day.
How to pay by bank transfer
- 1Select bank transfer at checkout and place the order.
- 2Our bank details and your order number appear on the confirmation screen and in your confirmation email.
- 3Transfer the full amount, using your order number as the payment reference.The reference is how the payment is matched to your order. A transfer with no reference can sit unmatched for days.
- 4We confirm receipt in writing and the order moves into picking.
How long clearing takes

If the payment is not matched
Send us the payment receipt from your banking app together with your order number and we will match it manually. The receipt needs to show the amount, the date and the reference used.
