How do I get an invoice or receipt?
A tax invoice is attached to your order confirmation email; you can also request a fresh copy at any time using your order number and email address.
Where your invoice is
- Attached as a PDF to the order confirmation email sent when you ordered.
- Included in the paperwork with a delivered or collected order.
- Available on request — look up your order and use the download link, or ask our team.
Changing the details on an invoice
We can reissue an invoice in a company name with an ABN, correct a spelling, or split an invoice across items. Tell us what needs to change and we will reissue rather than amend, so your records stay consistent.
Invoices cannot be reissued to a different purchaser after delivery, because the invoice is the proof of purchase a warranty claim relies on.
Why the invoice matters later
Manufacturers assess warranty claims against the original proof of purchase. Keep the PDF with your renovation paperwork — warranty claims move much faster when the invoice is attached from the start.
