What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Photograph the damage and the packaging before anything is moved or thrown out, then report it within 48 hours of delivery or collection — transit claims are decided on speed and photos, so do both straight away.

I received the wrong item, or something is missing

Check whether the rest of your order is on a separate consignment first, then report the shortage or the wrong item with a photo of what you did receive and the packing slip.

What happens after I report an issue?

You get a case number straight away, a person reviews it within one business day, and every update is added to that case so you always have one reference for the whole matter.
