Look up your order with your order number and email address to see its current status, what has shipped, and the estimated delivery or pickup date.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver Victoria-wide: Melbourne and inner Victoria typically within 3–5 business days and regional or outer Victoria within 3–7 — delivery outside Victoria is not standard, so contact us before ordering; items on indent from a supplier take longer and are quoted on the product page.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is priced from what the freight actually costs — standard runs are calculated at checkout from your postcode and the size of the goods, a tailgate or two-person delivery is around $275, forklift delivery is priced by zone, and a failed or redirected delivery attracts a fee of $35 for small items and $165 for palletised goods.

How does Click & Collect work?

Choose Click & Collect at checkout, wait for the call or text confirming the order is ready, then book a pickup time and collect from our Nunawading warehouse on a weekday — or from the Blackburn showroom with notice — bringing photo ID and proof of purchase.

What access does the delivery driver need?

Deliveries are kerbside, ground floor, one driver, so someone needs to be on site to receive and move the goods — tell us in advance about stairs, lifts, narrow streets or steep driveways so we can arrange the right vehicle.

How are large and bulky items delivered?

Baths, vanities and shower screens travel by our own driver, a freight carrier or a palletised forklift truck depending on size and destination — and because deliveries are kerbside, ground floor, one driver, you need help ready to move anything heavy from where it is unloaded.
