Who delivers it and when

Depending on size and destination, orders travel with Australia Post, CouriersPlease, TNT or Civic Transport. The dispatch email tells you which, along with the consignment number to quote if you deal with the carrier directly.

  • Deliveries run Monday to Friday, usually between 10am and 4pm. Exact times cannot be guaranteed.
  • Local freight deliveries phone ahead on the day with an approximate two-hour window.
  • Courier and freight deliveries need someone there to sign — unless you have arranged authority to leave. Otherwise the driver leaves a card for rescheduling.
  • For Australia Post parcels, a free MyPost account gives you notifications and delivery management.

Items sourced from a distributor rather than our own warehouse can add up to a week before dispatch — the tracking email arrives once the goods actually leave.

If tracking has not moved

Carrier tracking often stays silent for a day or two while a consignment moves between depots, particularly on regional runs. That gap is normal.

  • No scan for two full business days after dispatch is worth reporting.
  • A "delivered" scan with nothing at the property is worth reporting immediately — check with neighbours and around the property first.
  • A missed delivery card usually means a redelivery can be booked directly with the carrier, which is faster than going through us.

Orders that arrive in more than one delivery

We buy from many suppliers, and a bathroom order frequently ships from several of them. Each consignment gets its own tracking number, so receiving one part of an order does not mean the rest is lost.

Your order lookup shows which items are on which consignment. If an item is short on the final delivery, report it.
