Installed products and spare parts

Installed products are still covered by their manufacturer warranty, and most faults are resolved with a spare part rather than a whole replacement — send us the model number and a photo and we will identify the part.

Installed does not mean uncovered

Installation ends your ability to return a product because you changed your mind — not accepted for change of mind. It does not end the warranty. A product that fails in service is a warranty matter for the full warranty period.

Why we look at parts first

Replacing a whole tap means removing it, re-silicone, and often a plumber for half a day. A cartridge or seal kit fixes the same fault in twenty minutes, so a part is usually both faster and less disruptive.

Helping us identify the part

  • Your order number, if the item came from us — that gives us the exact model instantly.
  • A photo of the whole product, and a photo of any label or moulded code.
  • For cartridges, the diameter if you can measure it, and whether the handle is single-lever or twin.

Parts covered by warranty are supplied at no charge. Parts needed through wear or damage are charged at cost, and we will quote before sending anything.
